Conditions for Participation in the Test and Advancement of Skill Levels in the Military

Conditions for Taking the Examination for Level 1 Occupational Skills Certificate:

- National defense workers must have a primary certificate or vocational certificate, technical worker corresponding to the examination trade and;- Have at least 1 year of continuous work experience in the trade since obtaining that certificate.

Conditions for Taking the Examination for Level 2 Occupational Skills Certificate, meeting one of the following conditions:

- Have a Level 1 Occupational Skills Certificate or a primary certificate, vocational certificate, technical worker corresponding to the examination trade and have at least 3 years of continuous work experience in the trade since obtaining that certificate or diploma;- Completing the intermediate, intermediate vocational, or intermediate professional training program corresponding to the examination trade.

Conditions for Taking the Examination for Level 3 Occupational Skills Certificate, meeting one of the following conditions:

- Have a Level 2 Occupational Skills Certificate or an intermediate, intermediate vocational, intermediate professional diploma corresponding to the examination trade and have at least 3 years of continuous work experience in the trade since obtaining that certificate or diploma;- Have a Level 1 Occupational Skills Certificate or a primary certificate, vocational certificate, technical worker corresponding to the examination trade and have at least 6 years of continuous work experience in the trade since obtaining that certificate;- Completing the college, vocational college program corresponding to the examination trade.

Conditions for Taking the Examination for Level 4 Occupational Skills Certificate, meeting one of the following conditions:

- Have a Level 3 Occupational Skills Certificate or a college, vocational college diploma corresponding to the examination trade and have at least 3 years of continuous work experience in the trade since obtaining that certificate or diploma;- Have a Level 2 Occupational Skills Certificate or an intermediate, intermediate vocational, intermediate professional diploma corresponding to the examination trade and have at least 6 years of continuous work experience in the trade since obtaining that certificate or diploma;- Have a Level 1 Occupational Skills Certificate or a primary certificate, vocational certificate, technical worker corresponding to the examination trade and have at least 9 years of continuous work experience in the trade since obtaining that certificate;- Completing a university program corresponding to the examination trade.

Conditions for Taking the Examination for Level 5 Occupational Skills Certificate, meeting one of the following conditions:

- Have a Level 4 Occupational Skills Certificate or a university diploma corresponding to the examination trade and have at least 6 years of continuous work experience in the trade since obtaining that certificate or diploma;- Have a Level 3 Occupational Skills Certificate or a college, vocational college diploma corresponding to the examination trade and have at least 9 years of continuous work experience in the trade since obtaining that certificate or diploma;- Have a Level 2 Occupational Skills Certificate or an intermediate, intermediate vocational, intermediate professional diploma corresponding to the examination trade and have at least 12 years of continuous work experience in the trade since obtaining that certificate or diploma;- Have a Level 1 Occupational Skills Certificate or a primary certificate, vocational certificate, technical worker corresponding to the examination trade and have at least 15 years of continuous work experience in the trade since obtaining that certificate.

Conditions for Taking the Examination for Level 6 Occupational Skills Certificate, national defense workers must meet one of the following conditions:

- Have a Level 5 Occupational Skills Certificate corresponding to the examination trade and have at least 6 years of continuous work experience in the trade since obtaining that certificate;- Have a Level 4 Occupational Skills Certificate or a university diploma corresponding to the examination trade and have at least 12 years of continuous work experience in the trade since obtaining that certificate or diploma;- Have a Level 3 Occupational Skills Certificate or a college, vocational college diploma corresponding to the examination trade and have at least 15 years of continuous work experience in the trade since obtaining that certificate or diploma;- Have a Level 2 Occupational Skills Certificate or an intermediate, intermediate vocational, intermediate professional diploma corresponding to the examination trade and have at least 18 years of continuous work experience in the trade since obtaining that certificate or diploma;- Have a Level 1 Occupational Skills Certificate or a primary certificate, vocational certificate, technical worker corresponding to the examination trade and have at least 21 years of continuous work experience in the trade since obtaining that certificate.

Conditions for Taking the Examination for Level 7 Occupational Skills Certificate, national defense workers must meet one of the following conditions:

- Have a Level 6 Occupational Skills Certificate corresponding to the examination trade and have at least 6 years of continuous work experience in the trade since obtaining that certificate;- Have a Level 5 Occupational Skills Certificate corresponding to the examination trade and have at least 12 years of continuous work experience in the trade since obtaining that certificate;- Have a Level 4 Occupational Skills Certificate or a university diploma corresponding to the examination trade and have at least 18 years of continuous work experience in the trade since obtaining that certificate or diploma;- Have a Level 3 Occupational Skills Certificate or a college, vocational college diploma corresponding to the examination trade and have at least 21 years of continuous work experience in the trade since obtaining that certificate or diploma;- Have a Level 2 Occupational Skills Certificate or an intermediate, intermediate vocational, intermediate professional diploma corresponding to the examination trade and have at least 24 years of continuous work experience in the trade since obtaining that certificate or diploma;- Have a Level 1 Occupational Skills Certificate or a primary certificate, vocational certificate, technical worker corresponding to the examination trade and have at least 27 years of continuous work experience in the trade since obtaining that certificate.
