Conditions for National Defense Workers to Change Occupation
Decree 83/2016/ND-CP issued by the Government of Vietnam on July 1, 2016, prescribes the levels of vocational skills and the conditions for upgrading the levels of national defense workers.
Article table of contents
to allow defense workers currently working in selected positions, recruited into the military, who wish to change careers to meet the following conditions:
- Have a certificate of current occupational skill level;- Have at least 03 years of continuous working experience in the registered profession when moving to level 2 or 05 years when moving from level 3 and above;- Results of the occupational skill level assessment exam meet the requirements.
