- The public non-business unit has a demand and is authorized by a competent authority to nominate the employee for the examination.- Currently holding the professional title of a science and technology public employee, Grade III (Researcher, Code V.05.01.03 or Engineer, Code V.05.02.07) to register for the promotion examination to Grade II (Principal Researcher, Code V.05.01.02 or Principal Engineer, Code V.05.02.06).- Currently holding the professional title of a science and technology public employee, Grade II (Principal Researcher, Code V.05.01.02 or Principal Engineer, Code V.05.02.06) to register for the promotion examination to Grade I (Senior Researcher, Code V.05.01.01 or Senior Engineer, Code V.05.02.05).- Evaluated and classified by a competent authority as having completed duties well or higher in the year immediately preceding the year of application; not currently under disciplinary action or pending disciplinary review.- Meeting the standards of the professional title for which the examination is registered according to Joint Circular 24/2014/TTLT-BKHCN-BNV.
