Conditions for educational institutions assigned the task of providing refresher training in educational management in Vietnam (Internet image)

Circular 28/2014/TT-BGDDT stipulates the conditions for educational institutions assigned the task of providing refresher training in educational management in Vietnam. To be specific:

1. There must be enough full-time lecturers to cover at least 70% of the training program's content, including at least 4 lecturers with a Master's degree in Education Management (for training subjects who are management staff of lower secondary, primary, and preschool educational institutions) and at least 1 lecturer with a Doctorate, 3 lecturers with a Master's degree in Education Management (for training subjects who are management staff of pedagogical universities, universities, academies, universities with faculties, disciplines in Education Management).

2. There must be a team of visiting lecturers, speakers participating in teaching or assisting who are experienced scientists in training; management staff in educational management agencies, educational institutions.

3. Apply the educational management staff training program issued by the Minister of Education and Training and developed, updated with contents to meet the requirements and suitable to the characteristics of the school and locality.

4. Have facilities and equipment that meet the training requirements, including:

- Sufficient classrooms, functional rooms, and necessary equipment to meet the teaching and learning requirements for each training course;

- A library with an information search room, software, and equipment for material search; sufficient information resources: books, textbooks, lectures, relevant materials for training;

- The school's regularly updated website, publicly announcing training quality commitments, training conditions assurances, and financial transparency;

5. Have a specialized unit responsible for organizing and managing the training process, meeting the professional requirements of training management.

6. Regularly or periodically send the school's lecturers for educational fieldwork to supplement practical educational knowledge and experience.
