Accordingly, the subjects and conditions for loans to buy computers for online learning are as follows:

 Borrowers include:

- Students at all levels who are studying at educational institutions of the national education system according to the provisions of the Education Law meet the conditions to be eligible for loans.

- Students who are studying at universities (or university equivalents), colleges, intermediate schools and vocational education centers established and operating in accordance with the law of Vietnam, meeting the loan conditions capital.

Loan conditions

Students and students must meet the following loan conditions:

- Being a member of a household belonging to one of the following categories:

+ Poor households;

+ Near-poor households;

+ The household has an average standard of living according to the standards prescribed by law;

+ Households in difficult circumstances due to the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic (with a father or mother or father and mother who died due to the COVID-19 epidemic).

- There are no computers or devices that are eligible to meet online learning requirements and have not yet enjoyed the policy of supporting computers and online learning devices in any form.

Loan amount

The maximum loan amount is 10 million VND/student,  for a maximum term of 36 months with a loan interest rate of 1.2%/year.
