Compositions of an application for a license for electrical consulting services in Vietnam

Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam issued Circular No. 36/2018/TT-BCT on procedures for issuance and revocation of electricity licenses, which replaces Circular No. 12/2017/TT-BCT.

According to Vietnam’s new regulations, the application for a license for electrical consulting services has been streamlined, specifically as follows:

- The application form for electricity license.

- The copy of the enterprise registration certificate, establishment decision or certificate of incorporation of the applicant.

- The list of principal consultants; the copies of academic qualifications, practicing certificate and labor contract signed with the applicant of each of listed consultants.

- The list of projects of a similar scale which have been executed with the contribution of listed principal consultants.

- The list of technical equipment and facilities, and application software used to provide consulting services.
