Components of the application for consideration and award of the title "Emulation Flag of the Ministry of Construction" in Vietnam

According to Article 28 of the Circular No. 04/2020/TT-BXD of the Ministry of Construction of Vietnam, an application for consideration and award of the title "Emulation Flag of the Ministry of Construction" includes 01 original set (as prescribed in Clause 2 Article 50 of the Decree No. 91/2017/NĐ-CP), including:

- The unit's report enclosed with the list of collectives proposed for commendation;

- Minutes of the commendation meeting of the emulation and commendation council at the level of commendation;

- Report on achievements of the collective proposed for commendation, certified by the authorities of the level for commendation;

- The written confirmation of the competent tax authority on the completion of the obligation to pay the state budget of the collective proposed for the reward (for agencies, organizations and units that are obliged to pay the state budget recommended for commendation);

- Written comments and assessment of the People's Committee of the province or central-affiliated cities where the unit is located in the area on the performance of tasks of the requesting unit (for the Departments under the Construction industry); The written confirmation of the People's Committee of the ward/commune where the unit is located in the area of the compliance with the Party's guidelines, the State's policies and laws of the local unit (for organizations, agencies, units and enterprises not under the Ministry of Construction).

Moreover, an application for consideration and award of the title "Excellent Labor Collective" includes 01 original set (as prescribed in Clause 2 Article 50 of the Decree No. 91/2017/NĐ-CP), including:

- The unit's report enclosed with the list of collectives proposed for commendation;

- Minutes of the commendation review meeting of the Emulation and Commendation Council at the level of commendation;

- Report on achievements of the collective proposed for commendation, certified by the level of commendation;

- A written confirmation of the competent tax authority on the completion of the payment obligation to the state budget of the collective proposed for commendation (for agencies, organizations and units that are obliged to pay the state budget).

Besides, an application for consideration and award of the “Diploma of Merit of the Minister of Construction” includes 01 original set as follows:

- The unit's report enclosed with the list of collectives and individuals proposed for commendation;

- Minutes of the commendation review meeting of the emulation and commendation council at the level of commendation;

- Report on achievements of the collective or individual proposed for commendation, certified by the level of commendation;

- A written confirmation of the competent tax authority on the fulfillment of the obligation to pay the state budget of the collective or individual who is the head of the unit proposed for commendation (for agencies, organizations and individuals obliged to pay the state budget);

- A written confirmation from the People's Committee of the ward/commune where the unit is located in the locality that the unit's compliance with the Party's guidelines, policies and laws of the State of the unit in the locality ( for collectives or individuals who are heads of units or enterprises not under the Ministry of Construction).
