Compilation of Emulation Titles in the Planning and Investment Sector

Recently, Circular 07/2018/TT-BKHDT has been issued by the Ministry of Planning and Investment providing guidance on emulation and commendation activities in the Planning and Investment sector.

Circular 07 stipulates that individuals and collectives will have different emulation titles. To be specific:
