COMPLETE FILE OF DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR BUSINESS INSPECTION AND EXAMINATION IN 2019

According to Directive 20/CT-TTg of 2017 by the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam, business inspections and examinations are conducted no more than once a year, without overlap or duplication.

In alignment with this Directive, the inspection plan must be publicly announced to businesses in advance (except in special cases where violations are detected, which must be handled according to the law). Inspections and examinations should not be conducted unless there is a legal basis.
