Compilation of Document Templates for Implementing Procedures for Overseas Investment

Circular 03 introduces 17 forms for implementing overseas investment procedures, specifically:

- Form No. 1: Request for issuance of the Certificate of Overseas Investment Registration;- Form No. 2: Proposal for an overseas investment project;- Form No. 3: Request for adjustment of the Certificate of Overseas Investment Registration;- Form No. 4: Explanation for the adjustment of the Certificate of Overseas Investment Registration;- Form No. 5: Commitment letter of self-arranged foreign currency;- Form No. 6: Commitment letter for the arrangement of foreign currency by a permitted credit institution;- Form No. 7: Confirmation letter that the investor has fulfilled their tax obligations to the state;- Form No. 8a: Sample Certificate of Overseas Investment Registration (initial registration);- Form No. 8b: Sample Certificate of Overseas Investment Registration (adjustment registration);- Form No. 9: Notification of overseas investment activities;- Form No. 10: Quarterly periodic report on the implementation status of the overseas project;- Form No. 11: Annual periodic report on the implementation status of the overseas project;- Form No. 12: Annual report on the status of overseas investment activities after tax settlement abroad;- Form No. 13: Request for extension of the deadline to repatriate profits;- Form No. 14: Approval for extension of the deadline to repatriate profits;- Form No. 15: Notification form for the investor to send to the State Bank of Vietnam in the case of transferring the entire overseas investment capital to a foreign investor;- Form No. 16: Request for termination of the validity of the Certificate of Overseas Investment Registration;- Form No. 17: Notification of termination of the validity of the Certificate of Overseas Investment Registration.
