Compilation of Commendation Titles in the Justice Sector

Additionally, Circular 05 also stipulates the basis for conferring emulation titles as follows:

- Individuals and collectives must participate in emulation movements, register for emulation titles, and set goals and targets for emulation to be considered and recognized for emulation titles.- Emulation titles are recognized based on the standards of the emulation titles and the emulation achievements obtained.
