- Inserting intrauterine devices, injecting contraceptives, or implanting contraceptive drugs without the consent of the user;- Using force to coerce others not to use or to stop using contraceptive methods;- Using force to coerce others to become pregnant; to give birth to more children after having only boys or only girls.

Thus, based on the above regulation, a husband who uses force to coerce his wife to become pregnant after having only daughters will be fined up to 10 million VND.

Additionally, a warning or a fine ranging from 200,000 VND to 500,000 VND will be imposed for acts of verbally or physically insulting the dignity and honor of individuals using contraceptive methods, having only boys, or having only girls. Alternatively, a fine ranging from 3,000,000 VND to 5,000,000 VND will be imposed for acts of threatening to use force or psychological coercion to compel others to become pregnant; to give birth to more children after having only boys or only girls.
