On January 22, 2025, the Minister of Construction of Vietnam issued Circular 01/2025/TT-BXD amending Circular 13/2021/TT-BXD guiding the method for determining technical and economic indicators and quantity survey of works, Circular 11/2021/TT-BXD guiding the content of determining and managing construction investment costs, amended by Circular 14/2023/TT-BXD.
Circular 01/2025/TT-BXD takes effect from March 8, 2025.
