Article 18 of Circular 34/2012/TT-NHNN stipulates that the software development unit is responsible for creating testing scenarios and transferring them to the IT technology presiding unit for review and approval. The software application testing scenarios include the following types:

- Functional testing scenarios;

- Performance testing scenarios;

- Security testing scenarios;

- Disaster recovery testing scenarios;

- Other testing scenarios based on the nature and characteristics of each software.

- The IT technology presiding unit is responsible for organizing, implementing, and reporting on the system testing and testing scenarios that have been approved.

- The IT technology presiding unit is responsible for organizing the user acceptance testing according to the approved testing scenarios.

- The business presiding unit, the user unit, is responsible for cooperating with the IT technology presiding unit to implement user acceptance testing.

- The results of the user acceptance testing process must be reflected in the acceptance test results report with confirmation from the business presiding unit, the user unit, and the IT technology presiding unit.
