On January 27, 2023, the Ministry of Transport of Vietnam issued Announcement 27/TB-BGTVT on the Ministry of Transport's citizen reception schedule 2023.

1. Citizen reception schedule in 2023 of the Ministry of Transport of Vietnam

- The Minister periodically receives citizens one day a month, on the first day of the last week of the month, specifically:

- In case of necessity for objective reasons, the Minister authorizes a Deputy Minister to receive or change the citizen reception schedule and notify the citizens.

- Heads of agencies, organizations, and units participate in receiving citizens from the Minister, according to the Notice of the Ministry's Office.

- Officials and civil servants regularly receive citizens on every working day of the week.

In addition to periodically receiving citizens mentioned above, the Minister also receives citizens in unexpected cases according to regulations.

At the Citizen Reception Office of the Ministry of Transport.

3. Time to receive citizens in 2023 of the Ministry of Transport of Vietnam

The Ministry of Transport's citizen reception time is as follows:

- Morning: From 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

- Afternoon: From 1:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
