Circular 61: How long is the validity period of the land valuation certificate?

This is an important piece of information noted by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment in Circular 61/2015/TT-BTNMT stipulating the issuance and management of land valuation certificates.

The validity period of the Land Valuation Certificate is regulated by Circular 61/2015/TT-BTNMT as follows:

- The Land Valuation Certificate is valid for a period of 5 years, except in cases where the Land Valuation Certificate is revoked in accordance with Article 8 of Circular 61.- The Land Valuation Certificate has legal value for individuals practicing consulting services in determining land prices within organizations that have the function of providing land valuation consulting services as regulated in Article 20 of Decree 44/2014/ND-CP.

Note: For cases of reissuing the Land Valuation Certificate, the validity period of the Certificate is the remaining validity period of the previously issued Land Valuation Certificate.
