Circular 34/2014/TT-BTNMT: Two forms of land information exploitation

Recently, the Minister of Natural Resources and Environment signed and issued Circular 34/2014/TT-BTNMT regulating the construction, management, and exploitation of the land information system.

According to Circular 34/2014/TT-BTNMT, the exploitation of land information is carried out in the following two forms:

- Exploitation of land information via the internet, land information portal, SMS service.- Exploitation of land information through request forms or documents at the competent authority providing land data.

Also according to Circular 34, the exploitation of land information requires the payment of exploitation and usage fees for land documents, except for cases specified in Clauses 4 and 5 of Article 9 of Circular 34 and the following cases:

- List of data available in the land database;- Information on land use planning and plans that have been approved by competent state agencies;- Published land price framework and land price list;- Information on administrative procedures in the field of land;- Legal documents on land.
