- Assure the vocational training objectives at the intermediate and college levels according to the Vocational Training Law 2006.- The profession names must match the names listed in the Nationally Prioritized Professions List for intermediate and college levels issued by the Minister of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs.- Knowledge and skills are developed according to the training objectives and the provisions within the framework program; according to national occupational skill standards or standards of knowledge and skills determined based on job analysis of the corresponding profession.- Content should be delineated under sections, sub-sections, and sub-sub-sections or headings, sub-headings, and sub-sub-headings required for the teaching process.- Specify the teaching format as theoretical, practical, or integrated (combining theory and practice), and the teaching time of the content should reflect component skills according to sections, sub-sections, sub-sub-sections, or headings, sub-headings, and sub-sub-headings, if distinguishable.- Ensure scientific, systematic, practical, and flexible aspects to meet changes in science, technology, and the labor market.- ....
