Circular 26/2017/TT-BGTVT: Regulation on Insignia

1. Insignia are worn on the shoulders of the shirt to distinguish the titles of leadership positions, officials and public employees, and employees of the Inland Waterway Port Authority.

2. The insignia background is dark blue, with a length of 13 cm, a width of the larger end of 5 cm, and a width of the smaller end of 4 cm; the insignia stars are made of brass plated with a golden metallic color, symmetrically placed in a vertical line; there are rank bars made of golden metallic color, placed at the larger end. The smaller end is attached with a button insignia shaped like a golden anchor in a circle, edged with red cloth 0.3 cm wide.

3. The insignia are defined as follows:

- Director of the Inland Waterway Port Authority: 2 bars and 4 stars;- Deputy Director of the Inland Waterway Port Authority: 2 bars and 3 stars;- Head of Department, Head of Division, Head Representative of the Inland Waterway Port Authority: 2 bars and 2 stars;- Deputy Head of Department, Deputy Head of Division, Deputy Head Representative of the Inland Waterway Port Authority: 2 bars and 1 star;- Team Leader of the Inland Waterway Port Authority Representative: 1 bar and 2 stars;- Other officials, public employees: 1 bar and 1 star;- Drivers, service staff: 1 bar.

4. The insignia samples for officials and public employees and employees of the Inland Waterway Port Authority are stipulated in Appendix IV issued together with Circular 26/2017/TT-BGTVT.
