This is an important provision stipulated in Circular 19/2020/TT-BTTTT of the Ministry of Information and Communications of Vietnam regarding the Planning of the 24.25-27.5 GHz Frequency Band for IMT systems in Vietnam, issued on August 20, 2020.

According to Article 2 of Circular 19/2020/TT-BTTTT, the provisions on the planning of the 24.25-27.5 GHz frequency band for IMT system in Vietnam are as follows:
The 24.3-27.5 GHz frequency band is divided into 8 blocks using the time-division duplex (hereinafter referred to as TDD method2), sequentially numbered A1, A2, A3, ... to A8 (abbreviated as A1-A8), each block has a width of 400 MHz.
Each enterprise is considered for a license of no more than 3 blocks out of the total of 8 blocks A1-A8 and is to be used as stipulated in the frequency band usage license.
The licensed enterprises using frequencies in the 24.25-27.5 GHz band are responsible for cooperating with each other to avoid harmful interference and synchronize the data framework of the TDD method.
