Circular 19: Model of cards of specialized inspectors in the natural resources and environment sector in Vietnam

Circular 19/2014/TT-BTNMT stipulates the cards of specialized inspectors in the natural resources and environment sector in Vietnam (hereinafter referred to as cards of specialized inspectors) issued to officials for use when performing the duties and powers of inspection as prescribed by law. The sector inspector's official card is rectangular, 61 mm wide, and 87 mm long, consisting of a card core and a protective film. The content on the card is presented using the font of the Vietnamese character set (Vietnamese Unicode font) according to the Vietnamese standard TCVN 6909:2001. The cards of specialized inspectors has two faces:

1. Front side (as shown in the Appendix issued together with this Circular), dark blue background, yellow uppercase letters, consisting of 02 lines:

The upper line shows the name of the issuing agency: "MINISTRY OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT", bold uppercase letters, font size 13;

The lower line shows 'SECTOR INSPECTOR'S OFFICIAL CARD OF RESOURCE AND ENVIRONMENT DEPARTMENT', bold uppercase letters, font size 10.

Between the two lines is the symbol of the resource and environment sector, diameter 24 mm.

2. Back side (as shown in the Appendix issued together with this Circular), light yellow patterned background creating radiating light rays from the center; in the middle is the symbol of the Vietnam Inspectorate, shadow printed, diameter 20 mm; the upper left corner shows the symbol of the Vietnam Inspectorate, diameter 14 mm; from the upper left corner to the lower right corner is a dark red diagonal, 6 mm wide.
