Circular 19: Forms of Reporting, Methods of Sending and Receiving Periodic Reports

Recently, the Ministry of Education and Training has issued Circular 19/2020/TT-BGDDT stipulating the policies for periodic reporting under the state management scope of the Ministry of Education and Training.

Circular 19/2020/TT-BGDDT stipulates the forms of reports, methods of sending, and receiving periodical reports under the management function of the Ministry of Education and Training as follows:

1. Forms of reports

- Written reports on paper with the signature of the authorized person and the seal of the agency, organization, or unit as prescribed;- Electronic reports with a digital signature of the authorized person of the agency, organization, or unit.

2. Methods of sending and receiving reports

Depending on the actual conditions of the agency, organization, or individual, the report can be sent via one of the following methods:

- Paper reports can be sent directly or via postal service to the Ministry of Education and Training (MoET); or sent by fax;- Electronic reports can be sent via the e-mail system, the electronic administration management system of the MoET (e-office system), specialized reporting software system (if any), and other methods as prescribed by law;- Reports via software on the reporting information system of the MoET, the reporting information system of the Government of Vietnam according to the roadmap stipulated by the Government of Vietnam.
