Circular 18/2018/TT-BGDDT: Assessment Levels for Secondary Schools

According to the content in the Regulation on Accreditation and Recognition of National Standards for Secondary Schools, High Schools, and Schools with Multiple Levels issued with Circular 18/2018/TT-BGDDT, secondary schools are evaluated according to the following levels:

Level 1: Meets the regulations in Section 1 Chapter II of the Regulation.

Level 2: Meets the regulations in Section 2 Chapter II of the Regulation.

Level 3: Meets the regulations in Section 3 Chapter II of the Regulation.

Level 4: Meets the regulations in Section 4 Chapter II of the Regulation.

The criteria for evaluating a secondary school are recognized when all indicators under the criteria meet the requirements. An indicator is recognized when all its aspects meet the requirements.

The standards for evaluating secondary schools are the requirements for secondary schools to ensure the quality of their activities. Each standard corresponds to an area of activity of the secondary school; within each standard, there are criteria.

The standards for evaluating secondary schools have 4 levels (from Level 1 to Level 4) with increasing requirements. Each subsequent level includes all the requirements of the previous level and adds higher-level requirements.

The criteria for evaluating secondary schools are the requirements for secondary schools in a specific content of each standard. Each criterion includes indicators.

The indicators for evaluating secondary schools are the requirements for secondary schools in a specific content of each criterion.
