This is a notable content stipulated in Circular 14/2014/TT-BLDTBXH issued by the Minister of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs on the regulation of the forms for compiling dossiers for proposing and enforcing decisions on the application of administrative handling measures to be taken to compulsory rehabilitation centers and guiding the development of internal rules and regulations for the trainees of compulsory rehabilitation centers.
Circular 14/2014/TT-BLDTBXH stipulates the management of students at compulsory rehab centers as follows:
- The management of students at compulsory rehab centers is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Article 22 of Decree 221/2013/ND-CP stipulating policies for applying administrative handling measures to compulsory rehab centers.- Students are arranged accommodations and activities in groups or teams suitable to the detoxification process and the actual conditions of the compulsory rehab centers.- Students undergoing detoxification and treatment at compulsory rehab centers for 03 weeks or more are assessed and classified monthly. The classification results are based on the scoring criteria and student classification standards. The staff of the Student Management Department records the Student Assessment Tracking Form and keeps the records.- Students are allowed to participate in therapeutic labor and are assigned jobs suitable to their health, age, and gender. The working time does not exceed 03 hours/day, and they are allowed to rest from work on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and Tet as prescribed.
