National Technical Regulation on Personal Protective Equipment - Safety Boots issued together with Circular 14/2019/TT-BLDTBXH stipulates: To manage the use of safety boots, the following points should be noted:

- Safety boots must be stored in a dry, cool environment, away from heat sources, not affected by harmful solvents, and according to the manufacturer's instructions.- Use safety boots for the right purposes, according to their functions, and in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.- Safety boots must be inspected according to the manufacturer's instructions. Do not use safety boots if the inspection results do not meet the requirements or are beyond the usage period as per the manufacturer's instructions.
Employers must base their inspection, storage, and usage instructions on the manufacturer's guidelines to establish the content for inspecting the functionality of safety boots. The inspection guidelines content must be disseminated to employees and posted in locations convenient for employees to inspect for themselves.
Before using safety boots, employees must inspect them according to the guidelines posted at the workplace.
The self-inspection during daily use of safety boots must be supervised and recorded in a logbook.
