Circular 108/2018/TT-BTC: Opening detailed accounts level 2, level 3 in accounting

In accordance with Circular 108, the following accounts will have Level 2 and Level 3 sub-accounts opened and apply from January 01, 2019:

Account 111 - Cash

- Open details for 02 Level 3 sub-accounts for Account 1111 "Vietnamese Currency":- Account 11111 - Cash in national reserve (Vietnamese currency);- Account 11118 - Other cash (Vietnamese currency);- Open details for 02 Level 3 sub-accounts for Account 1112 "Foreign Currency":- Account 11121 - Cash in national reserve (foreign currency);- Account 11128 - Other cash (foreign currency).

Account 112 - Deposits at Banks, Treasury

- Open details for 02 Level 3 sub-accounts for Account 1121 "Vietnamese Currency":- Account 11211 - Deposits in national reserve (Vietnamese currency);- Account 11218 - Other deposits (Vietnamese currency);- Open details for 02 Level 3 sub-accounts for Account 1122 "Foreign Currency":- Account 11221 - Deposits in national reserve (foreign currency);- Account 11228 - Other deposits (foreign currency).

Account 141 - Advances

- Open details for 02 Level 2 sub-accounts:- Account 1411 - Regular operational advances;- Account 1415 - Advances for national reserve goods purchase.

Account 333 - Payables to the State

- Open details for 02 Level 3 sub-accounts for Account 3338 - Other payables to the State:- Account 33381 - Payables regarding national reserve funds;- Account 33388 - Other payables.

Account 511 - Revenue from Operations Funded by State Budget

- Open details for 01 Level 2 sub-account:- Account 5113 - Revenue from national reserve operations.

Account 611 - Operation Costs

- Open details for 01 Level 2 sub-account:- Account 6113 - National reserve operational expenses.- Open details for 05 Level 3 sub-accounts:- Account 61131 - Costs of national reserve goods purchase;- Account 61132 - Costs of national reserve goods issuance;- Account 61133 - Costs of national reserve goods preservation;- Account 61134 - Costs of issuing national reserve goods for emergency, support, aid;- Account 61135 - Costs of national reserve operations.
