1. Evaluation Method

Feedback from lecturers and learners regarding the quality of training for officials and public employees will be collected through direct feedback sessions held in the classroom, direct interviews, or by sending evaluation forms to the agencies or units employing officials and public employees.

2. Evaluation Timing

For the content stipulated in Articles 5, 6, 7, 8, 9: Depending on the content of the evaluation, feedback will be collected during the final class session before the end of the training course or the final session of the specific topic that the lecturer is teaching.

For the content stipulated in Article 10: Feedback will be collected from 6 months onwards after the training course ends by sending evaluation forms via official mail, email to learners and agencies, units employing officials and public employees or by direct interviews with the individuals providing feedback.

3. Survey Sample

For lecturers: Collect feedback from 100% of the lecturers teaching the training course;

For learners, former learners: Ensure that feedback is collected from at least 2/3 of the learners participating in the training course;

For heads of agencies, units employing officials and public employees: Ensure that feedback is collected from at least 2/3 of the heads of agencies, units employing officials and public employees.
