Circular 10/2017/TT-BGDDT on Regulations for Distance Education at the University Level was issued on April 28, 2017. Noteworthy are the provisions on the management and storage of records in the Regulations issued together with this Circular. To be specific:
1. Records are maintained and stored at higher education institutions include:
- Records and evidence regarding the requirements stipulated in Article 3 of the Regulations issued with Circular 10/2017/TT-BGDDT;- Records related to establishing Distance Education Stations (DETS);- Distance education programs; overall training plans; detailed training plans for each module;- Admission records, academic performance results, graduation recognition records;- Records related to end-of-module exams;- Diploma issuance logs.
2. Records are maintained and stored at DETS include:
- Records related to establishing DETS;- Distance education programs; overall training plans; detailed training plans for each module;- Lists and academic results of learners;- Lists of lecturers and management staff related to the course.
3. The higher education institution specifically defines the process and duration for retaining DETS records according to the Law on Archives and current regulatory documents.
