Circular 03: Prescribing the form of architecture practice certificate in Vietnam

This is an important content stipulated in Circular 03/2020/TT-BXD on architecture design dossiers and sample of architecture practice certificate in Vietnam, issued by the Ministry of Construction on July 28, 2020.

Circular 03: Prescribing the form of architecture practice certificate in Vietnam (Internet image)

Article 10 of Circular 03/2020/TT-BXD stipulates the contents of architecture practice certificate in Vietnam as follows:

- Managing practice certificate number: practice certificate number shall consist of 2 groups of symbols linked with each other by a dash (-), to be specific:

+ The first group: consists of 3 symbols displaying where the certificate is issued according to Annex I of this Circular;

+ The second group: consists of code of the certificate.

- Primary details of an architecture practice certificate are:

+ Basic personal information: 4x6 cm photos, full name, date of birth, ID (citizen ID or passport) number;

+ Name of issuing body, signature and stamp;

+ Field of practice and duration of practice for each field that the applicant is applying for issuance of certificate.

- Practice certificate shall have specifications and primary contents as shown in sample under Annex II attached to Circular 03/2020/TT-BXD.

More details can be found in Circular 03/2020/TT-BXD, which comes into force from September 15, 2020.
