The Minister of Transport has just issued Circular 02/2015/BGTVT announcing the maritime port waters of Ho Chi Minh City and the management area of the Ho Chi Minh City Maritime Administration.
Circular 02/2015/BGTVT announces the waters of the Port City of Ho Chi Minh, including the following waters:

The waters of the Port City of Ho Chi Minh in the area of Ganh Rai Bay.
The waters of the Port City of Ho Chi Minh in the area of Dong Tranh Bay and the Soai Rap River mouth.
The waters of the Port City of Ho Chi Minh on the Nga Bay, Long Tau, Nha Be, Dua, Tac Dinh Cau rivers and Tac Roi canal.
The waters of the Port City of Ho Chi Minh on the Dong Tranh, Go Gia, Tac Ong Cu, Tac Bai, and Tac Cua rivers.
The waters of the Port City of Ho Chi Minh on the Dong Nai River.
The waters of the Port City of Ho Chi Minh on the Sai Gon River.
The waters of the Port City of Ho Chi Minh on the Soai Rap River.
The Ho Chi Minh City Maritime Administration is responsible for performing its duties and powers as stipulated by the Vietnam Maritime Code and related legal documents regarding maritime activities at the ports and waters of the Port City of Ho Chi Minh. It bases itself on regulations and actual conditions regarding meteorological and hydrological conditions, ship tonnage, and the nature of goods to designate specific positions for ships to pick up and drop off pilots, quarantine, anchor, transship, and avoid storms in the waters in accordance with regulations, ensuring maritime safety, maritime security, and environmental pollution prevention.
