Chief of Construction Inspection Delegation has the Authority to Prepare Violation Records

Clause 1, Article 17 of Decree 26/2013/ND-CP stipulates that during the inspection process, the Chief Inspector has the following duties and powers:

- Organize and direct the members of the Inspection Team to correctly execute the inspection decision;- Recommend the person who made the inspection decision to apply measures within the duties and powers of the person who made the inspection decision as stipulated in Article 55 of the Inspection Law;- Request the inspection subject to present licenses, business registrations, practice certificates, and provide information, documents, written reports, and explanations related to the inspection content;- Record minutes of violations by the inspection subject;- Inventory assets related to the inspection content of the inspection subject;- Request agencies, organizations, and individuals with information and documents related to the inspection content to provide such information and documents;- Temporarily seize money, objects, and illegally used licenses as stipulated when it is deemed necessary to immediately prevent legal violations or to verify evidence for concluding and handling;- Decide to seal the documents of the inspection subject when there are grounds to believe there is a legal violation;- Temporarily suspend or recommend an authorized person to suspend the actions of the inspection subject when it is deemed that these actions cause serious damage to the interests of the State, legitimate rights, and interests of agencies, organizations, and individuals;- ....
