- Required contents: Report on the number of issued Design Appraisal Certificates; Report on the use of Design Appraisal Certificate templates;

- Reporting entities: Departments of Transport in Vietnam;

- Report recipients: Vietnam Register;

- Methods of sending and receiving reports: Reports can be physical or electronic reports; sent directly, electronically or via postal services or other methods as prescribed by law;

- Deadline for submitting reports: For the first half-year report, submit by July 20 of the reporting period; for the second half-year report, submit by January 20 of the following year;

- Reporting frequency: Biannual reports;

- Time for finalizing report data: For the first half-year report, the period is from December 15 of the previous year to June 14 of the reporting year; for the second half-year report, the period is from June 15 to December 14 of the reporting year;

- Reporting data template: According to Appendix X issued with this Circular.
