Central Gratitude Fund of Vietnam mobilizes for 08 subjects (Illustrative image)
The regulations on the management and use of the Gratitude Fund, issued together with Decree 45/2006/ND-CP, specify that the Central Gratitude Fund mobilizes for:
- Individuals currently working at:
- Ministries, ministry-level agencies, agencies under the Government of Vietnam, and state public service providers managed by central state agencies;
- Agencies and public service providers under the Central Communist Party; central agencies of political organizations, socio-political organizations, socio-political-professional organizations, and professional social organizations;- Agencies, units, branches, army corps, military regions, academies, schools, and units under the Ministry of National Defense;
- Agencies, units, and schools under the Ministry of Public Security;- Enterprises from all economic sectors directly managed by central agencies and organizations;
- Foreign agencies, organizations, or international organizations in Vietnam.
- Vietnamese citizens working, studying, and living abroad;
- Vietnamese organizations and enterprises directly managed by the central government.
Agencies, organizations, units, enterprises, and schools under ministries, sectors, and enterprises directly managed by the central government but stationed in provinces and cities directly under the central government will collect and submit to the Central Gratitude Fund of Vietnam.
