Ceasing effect of some regulations on fisheries resources surveillance force of Vietnam

This is a featured content of Decree No. 12/2020/NĐ-CP of Vietnam’s Government ceasing effect of Article 63, Point c Clause 1 Article 64, Point b Clause 2 and Clause 3 Article 65 of Decree No. 26/2019/NĐ-CP dated March 08, 2019 of Vietnam’s Government providing guidelines for implementation of the Law on fisheries.

According to Article 1 of Decree No. 12/2020/NĐ-CP of Vietnam’s Government, from January 20, 2020, Article 63, Point c Clause 1 Article 64, Point b Clause 2 and Clause 3 Article 65 of Decree No. 26/2019/NĐ-CP dated March 08, 2019 of Vietnam’s Government providing guidelines for implementation of the Law on fisheries shall cease to have effect until these regulations are amended to correspond with laws, policies and guidelines of the Communist Party, the Government and the Prime Minister.

To be specific:

- Article 63: Benefits for fisheries resources surveillance members;

- Point c Clause 1 Article 64: Funding sources for fisheries resources surveillance activities;

- Point b Clause 2 and Clause 3 Article 65: Expenditures on fisheries resources surveillance activities.
