- The Ministry of Science and Technology, in cooperation with the Project Leading Organization, will liquidate the contracts for the implementation of tasks with the Leading Organization and individuals responsible for tasks under the Science and Technology Project after receiving the task evaluation results, except for cases mentioned below;- The Ministry of Science and Technology will liquidate the contracts for the implementation of tasks with the Leading Organization and individuals responsible for tasks under the Science and Technology Project directly organized by the Project Leading Organization after receiving the task evaluation results;- The Ministry of Science and Technology will liquidate the contracts for the implementation of the Science and Technology Project with the Leading Organization and individuals in charge of the Project after receiving the project evaluation results.

Circular 18 also stipulates the procedures and processes for liquidating contracts for the implementation of Science and Technology Projects, tasks under Science and Technology Projects as per the current regulations for national level Science and Technology tasks.
