This is a notable content stipulated in Circular 06/2018/TT-BTP issued by the Ministry of Justice on June 7, 2018, regarding the awarding of the commemorative medal "For the Cause of Justice."
According to Circular 06, the regulation on cases where the Commemorative Medal is not yet considered is as follows:
- Individuals are not proposed for consideration for the Commemorative Medal when they are under the period of disciplinary consideration by the competent authority, or under investigation, inspection, examination when there are signs of violation, or there are complaints, denunciations being verified and clarified.- Individuals who have sufficient working time stipulated in Clauses 2, 3, 4 of Article 5 and Article 6 of Circular 06 but have been disciplined under the level of dismissal or under the level of expulsion from the Communist Party, are only proposed for consideration for the Commemorative Medal after 01 year from the time the disciplinary decision is removed or after the statute of limitations for handling Communist Party discipline expires. The time of undergoing discipline is not counted to consider for the Commemorative Medal.
