This is a notable content stipulated in Circular 36/2016/TT-BTNMT regulating the technical-economic norms for the operation of the hydrometeorological station network.
According to the provisions of Circular No. 36/2016/TT-BTNMT, the calculation of technical-economic norms for hydrological stations in Vietnam through the adjustment coefficient is as follows:
M = Mc x k
Where:
- M is the actual norm;
- Mc is the norm given under standard conditions;
- k is the adjustment coefficient for the complexity affecting the standard norm.
Where, the adjustment coefficients include the adjustment coefficient for labor norms, the adjustment coefficient for equipment norms, the adjustment coefficient for tool norms, and the adjustment coefficient for material norms. Thus, tthe adjustment coefficient for labor norms includes:
