By 2025, 100% of postal service agencies in Vietnam will have the capability to serve citizens using online public services, as mentioned in Decision No. 689/QD-BTTTT.

On May 2, 2024, the Minister of Information and Communications of Vietnam issued Decision 689/QD-BTTTT regarding the 2024 Action Plan to implement the Postal Development Strategy until 2025 with orientations to 2030.
