Authority in Awarding Commendations in the Ministry of Industry and Trade

Circular 16 stipulates the authority to decide on awarding Orders, Medals, Ho Chi Minh Prize, State Prize, State honorary titles, Emulation Flags of the Government of Vietnam, National Emulation Soldiers, and Certificates of Merit of the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam in accordance with legal regulations.

The Minister of Industry and Trade decides to award the following emulation titles and forms of commendation:

- Emulation Flag of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;- Emulation Soldier of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;- Title of Excellent Labor Collective for units and enterprises under the Ministry (except for Corporations, General Companies); to authorize the heads of units with legal entity status, separate accounts, and own seals to decide on awarding the title of Excellent Labor Collective to affiliated units;- Certificate of Merit by the Minister of Industry and Trade;- Commemorative Medal "For the Development of Vietnam's Industry and Trade";- Other forms of commendation as considered and decided by the Minister of Industry and Trade.

The heads of units with legal entity status, separate accounts, and own seals decide to award the following emulation titles and forms of commendation:

- Advanced Labor Collective;- Excellent Labor Collective;- Advanced Labor;- Basic Emulation Soldier;- Certificate of Commendation.
