Recently, Circular 61/2018/TT-BGTVT was signed and issued by the Ministry of Transport to amend and supplement the Archival Work Regulations of the Ministry of Transport, issued together with Circular 74/2014/TT-BGTVT.

- Officials and public employees are strictly prohibited from using the archival documents of agencies and units for purposes contrary to the interests of the state, the rights, and the legitimate interests of organizations and individuals.- The Office Leader permits the exploitation and use of documents and signs the verification of copies, duplicates, and extracts of documents at the Agency’s Archives.- The head of the agency or unit decides on the exploitation and use of the documents of their respective agency or unit.- For confidential documents, the exploitation, use, preservation, submission to archives, declassification, and destruction shall comply with the provisions of the law on the protection of state secrets.
