Decision 1977/QD-BGDDT in 2023 approving the project "Prevention of crime and violations for students until 2025, orientation to 2030" issued by the Minister of Education and Training.

At least 90% of schools in Vietnam to meet the standard for "Safety, security and order"

According to Decision 1977/QD-BGDDT, the project sets the general objectives as follows:

- Improve the capacity of schools to prevent crime and fight against violations, contributing to building a safe and healthy educational environment;

- Provide knowledge and skills on crime prevention, prevention, and fighting against violations, and raise awareness and responsibility for law observance among school members;

- Coordinate with relevant sectors to participate in crime prevention and law violation prevention in schools.

Some specific goals are set out as follows:

- 100% of schools consolidate, establish, and maintain the effective operation of the "Crime Prevention and Control" Steering Committee; develop a plan to carry out the tasks of crime prevention and prevention of law violations in association with the regular tasks and activities of the school in each school year; establish channels for receiving information and reflections to advise, support, and promptly solve problems related to crime prevention and prevention of law violations in schools;

- 100% of schools organize the signing of commitments between the School - Family - Society on the task of preventing crime and preventing and fighting against law violations;

- 100% of schools build and maintain at least 01 model of crime prevention and the prevention of law violations;

- At least 90% of schools meet the standard of "Safety, security and order";

- Strive annually to reduce the number of cases and the number of offenders and law violations related to learners.

To organize propaganda on the prevention of crimes and violations in Vietnam

This is one of the tasks to implement the crime prevention and law violation prevention project for students, specifically:

- Propagate the provisions of the law on crime prevention and combat; regulations and regulations on ensuring school security and order, preventing crime, and preventing and fighting against law violations for learners; propaganda about consequences and effects; common law violations; the conspiracies and tricks of criminal activities and their influence and manipulation on learners; skills for preventing crimes and violations;

- Thoroughly grasp the responsibilities of school members for the prevention, detection, suppression, and denunciation of crimes and violations of the law;

- Organize the integration and connection of propaganda content to prevent crime and law violations through educational programs and activities of the school; propaganda and education through activities of Trade Union, Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, Student Union, and Ho Chi Minh Youth Youth Union;

- Organize thematic talks, cultural activities, and exchanges; contests for learning in the form of articles or theatricalization, painting, posters, and composing and performing skits on the topic of crime prevention and prevention of law violations for learners;

- Develop communication materials for school members and learners' families on crime prevention and law violation prevention for learners; build news, articles, and reportage on the good examples of good people, good deeds, models, and typical examples of crime prevention and prevention of law violations posted by learners on the school's website, electronic portal, mass media, and social networks;

- Organize for learners to participate in the school's model and activities of clubs on crime prevention and the prevention of law violations.
