Regarding this issue, LawNet would like to answer as follows:
On March 6, 2024, the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism issued Decision 228/QD-BLDTBXH approving the plan to implement the Scheme "Supporting students to start a business until 2025" in 2024.
The plan to implement the Scheme "Supporting students to start a business until 2025" in 2024 will carry out the following tasks:
(1) Continue to promote information and communication work
- Organize propaganda and entrepreneurship education for pupils and students through educational activities; video clips introducing the unit's startup support model; reports, photos, and propaganda publications about startups; through documents and media.
- Organizations shall commend, reward, and honor collectives and individuals who have made positive contributions to the entrepreneurial activities of students in vocational education institutions through summarizing activities, evaluating the implementation of the 2024 Plan, and assessing and awarding prizes at competitions.
(2) Organize the contest "Startup ideas for students and vocational education students" in 2024 - Startup Kite 2024.
(3) Organize National Entrepreneurship Day for students and vocational education students in 2024.
(4) Organize conferences, seminars, and forums
- Organize conferences and seminars on startups, connect businesses and investors to support students in starting businesses.
- Organize startup creation forums in vocational education institutions.
- Coordinate to organize exchange programs and discussions on entrepreneurship for pupils and students at vocational education institutions.
(5) Organize training, coaching, and fostering entrepreneurial knowledge and skills
- Organize training and fostering for officials, teachers, and people working to support students and start-ups in vocational education establishments.
- Organize training and coaching on entrepreneurship knowledge and skills for pupils and students in vocational education establishments.
- Encourage vocational education institutions to develop entrepreneurship topics and include them in mandatory or optional training programs to suit practice.
- Strengthen the organization of exchange activities, seminars, and learning experiences on entrepreneurship training in schools for the team working in consulting and supporting students to start a business.
(6) Create an environment to support students' start-ups and search for creative start-up ideas in vocational education institutions.
- Coordinate with businesses to organize exchange and start-up activities; organize internship and experience activities at enterprises to create conditions for pupils and students to access the production and business activities of enterprises.
- Encourage vocational education institutions to build start-up support centers, create shared start-up spaces for pupils and students in schools; and establish scientific research, innovation, and entrepreneurship clubs for pupils and students in vocational education institutions.
(7) Support capital sources for Schemes and start-up ideas of students at vocational education institutions
- Vocational education institutions proactively allocate capital to support the start-up ideas and Schemes of students.
- Search and connect with businesses to support capital sources to support Schemes, start-up ideas of students, and start-up support activities at the grassroots.
(8) Management and administration organization
- Develop criteria for evaluating vocational education institutions supporting startups.
- Inspect, urge, supervise, and monitor the implementation of the 2024 Plan in localities across the country.
