Recently, the Minister of Finance has agreed to issue Circular 182/2013/TT-BTC providing guidance on the development and issuance of national technical standards for national reserve goods.

The appraisal report of the dossiers of draft national technical regulations on state reserve goods is carried out according to the template in Appendix VI issued with Circular 182.

In the event that the draft national technical regulations on state reserve goods are not legitimate, the General Department of State Reserves shall report to the Ministry of Finance to request the relevant Ministries and sectors to complete the dossiers as per the regulations.
