To be specific: according to the contents of this Circular, the appointment and salary arrangement for the job title of vocational education lecturers, vocational education teachers must be based on the job position, responsibilities, tasks, capabilities, and professional qualifications currently held by the public employee.
At the same time, when transferring from the current job title held by the public employee to the corresponding vocational education lecturer or vocational education teacher job title, no salary grade increase or rank promotion of the public employee's job title is allowed.

Note: This Circular applies to lecturers teaching at the college level, teachers teaching at the intermediate level, and elementary level in public colleges, intermediate schools, vocational education centers, and vocational education - continuing education centers. For teachers currently teaching cultural subjects in public vocational education institutions, the salary arrangement follows the regulations issued by the Ministry of Education and Training and the Ministry of Home Affairs.
