Application for the Issuance of a Transportation Permit for Industrial Explosives

Accordingly, Circular 85 stipulates that the application dossier for issuance of Transportation Orders includes:

- A written request for the issuance of Transportation Orders, clearly stating the reasons, types, quantities, and weights of industrial explosives and precursor explosives to be transported; place of delivery, place of receipt, execution time, and transportation route; full name of the person responsible for transportation, and vehicle operator; registration plate of the vehicle;- A copy of the purchase or transportation contract for industrial explosives and precursor explosives (in the case of repeated transportation, one submission for the entire contract duration); a copy of the document allowing explosive testing (in the case of transportation for testing) or a copy of the document permitting the collection and destruction of industrial explosives (in the case of transportation for collection for destruction) or a copy of the decision allowing the recovery of waste explosives from the destruction of various types of ammunition (in the case of recovery of waste explosives) from the competent authority; a document confirming the conditions for receiving industrial explosives and precursor explosives from the competent police authority in the case of transportation to a receiving warehouse of organizations or enterprises not under the management scope of the Ministry of National Defense.- An introduction letter accompanied by a copy of the Officer's Identity Card or Military Identification Card (for military personnel), Citizen Identification Card, Identity Card, or Passport of the person in contact in case of direct submission.
