Application for Recognition of Inland Waterway Vessel Inspector

According to Article 23 of Circular 49/2015/TT-BGTVT, candidates proposed for recognition as Inland Waterway Vehicle Inspectors must complete one set of documents and submit them directly at the Vietnam Register Department, or via postal service, or other appropriate methods. The documents include:

Application for Initial Recognition of Inspector:

- The application form from the registration unit as stipulated in Annex III of this Circular (original copy);- Professional resume of the person proposed for recognition as an Inspector as stipulated in Annex IV of this Circular (original copy);- Copies attached with originals for comparison or certified copies of professional and language certifications;- Practicum report of the person proposed for recognition as an Inspector as stipulated in Annex V of this Circular (original copy).

Application for Re-recognition of Inspector:

- The application form from the registration unit as stipulated in Annex III of this Circular (original copy);- Professional resume of the Inspector as stipulated in Annex IV of this Circular (original copy) if there are changes compared to the initial recognition documents.

Application for Promotion of Inspector:

- The application form from the registration unit as stipulated in Annex III of this Circular (original copy);- Professional resume of the person proposed for promotion as an Inspector as stipulated in Annex IV of this Circular (original copy);- Copies attached with originals for comparison or certified copies of professional and language certifications;- Practicum report of the person proposed for promotion as an Inspector as stipulated in Annex V of this Circular (original copy).
