My name is: Ho AAA BBB Born on: February 27, 1993

Currently, I am an employee in the Customer Support Department – XX LLC (District 9 Branch – HCM City).

Recently, I received Decision No. 14/QD-TT2017 from the Board of Directors regarding the regulation on Lunar New Year Bonus 2018.

I am writing this letter to request the Board of Directors to consider increasing the Lunar New Year bonus for me for the following reasons:

- In 2017, I received commendation decisions from the Board of Directors for 9 months for exceeding the monthly plans set by the company for me. Specifically, in total for the year, I exceeded the target by 65%.

- In April 2017, I received a personal commendation decision from the Board of Directors for winning first place in the “Idea Hunting” competition.

- Besides these specific achievements in work, I have also been very active in movement activities, creating excitement and inspiration in work for colleagues and new employees.

For the reasons mentioned above, I sincerely hope that the Board of Directors will consider increasing my Lunar New Year bonus by an additional 30% so that I can have a more prosperous and joyful holiday season, thereby being more motivated to work efficiently in 2018.
