Application for assessment and acceptance of National-Level science and technology tasks in Vietnam

On May 30, 2014, the Ministry of Science and Technology issued Circular 11/2014/TT-BKHCN regulating the assessment and acceptance of National-Level science and technology tasks in Vietnam funded by the state budget.

Circular 11/2014/TT-BKHCN stipulates that the presiding organization responsible for executing the project (hereinafter referred to as the presiding organization) is responsible for self-assessing the results of implementing the national-level science and technology project using state budget before submitting the assessment and acceptance documentation to the managing unit of the project. The documentation for assessing and accepting national-level science and technology tasks in Vietnam includes:

  1. An Official Dispatch requesting the assessment and acceptance of the national-level project by the presiding organization as per Form 2 in the Appendix issued with this Circular.

  2. A comprehensive report and a summary report on the results of the project implementation.

  3. A report on the scientific and technological products of the project.

  4. A copy of the contract and the project description.

  5. Documents confirming and related materials on the publication, dissemination, training, reception, and utilization of the research results (if any).

  6. Data (investigation, survey, analysis...), the project’s logbook.

  7. A confirmation document on the agreement among authors regarding the order of names in the list of authors of the project.

  8. A report on the financial usage of the project.

  9. A self-assessment report on the results of the project implementation.

  10. Other documents (if any).
