Application Dossier for Transit Permit for Goods from China through Vietnam's Territory

To be specific, in Article 4 of Circular 11/2015/TT-BCT, the regulations on the dossier requesting a transit permit for Chinese goods through Vietnamese territory are as follows:

- Application for a transit permit for goods: 01 (one) original copy (using the form provided in Appendix I issued with this Circular).

- Goods transit transport contract: 01 (one) copy (certified and signed by the consignor to match the original).

Additionally, the Circular specifies the agencies receiving and processing the above application dossier as follows:

- For goods specified in Clause 2, Article 3 of this Circular (excluding industrial explosives), the consignor shall send 01 (one) set of the application dossier for a transit permit via postal service to one of the following receiving and processing agencies:

- Export-Import Management Division in Ho Chi Minh City Area, Export-Import Department - Ministry of Industry and Trade. Address: 12 Vo Van Kiet, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam;- Export-Import Management Division in Da Nang Area, Export-Import Department - Ministry of Industry and Trade. Address: 132 Nguyen Chi Thanh, Hai Chau District, Da Nang City, Vietnam;- Export-Import Management Division in Hanoi Area, Export-Import Department - Ministry of Industry and Trade. Address: 25 Ngo Quyen, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi City, Vietnam.

- In case the transiting goods are industrial explosives, the consignor shall send 01 (one) set of the application dossier for a transit permit via postal service to the Ministry of Industry and Trade (Export-Import Department). Address: 54 Hai Ba Trung, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi City, Vietnam.
