Application Dossier for Issuing Inspector Card for the Agriculture and Rural Development Sector Includes What?

Circular 33/2016/TT-BNNPTNT stipulates that the dossier for requesting the issuance of a specialized agricultural and rural development inspector card must include the following documents:

- A request document from the Director General, Director, Deputy Director attached with a list of officials who meet the standards;- Decision assigning officials to perform specialized inspection tasks (01 original copy);- 02 photographs (size 23 mm x 30 mm) of the official requesting the card issuance, with the full name and agency written on the back of the photos and on the envelope containing the photos.

For the case of issuing a new card, the procedure is guided by Circular 33 as follows:

- The agency requesting card issuance submits 01 set of documents requesting the issuance of a specialized agricultural and rural development inspector card to the Ministry Inspectorate, Department Inspectorate; The dossier can be sent in one of the following forms: Directly, via Fax, email (subsequently sending the original documents); via postal service;- The Ministry Inspectorate, Department Inspectorate reviews the completeness of the dossier and notifies the requesting agency in writing if the dossier is incomplete;- Submit to the Minister, Director of the Department for the issuance of a decision on the issuance of a specialized agricultural and rural development inspector card; in case of non-issuance, a written response explaining the reasons must be provided.
